Prosecutors said they will not investigate
a mock crucifixion she performed at her
concert in Duesseldorf Sunday night. |

The crucifixion scene has drawn criticism
in Italy, and Duesseldorf prosecutors said
last week that they would monitor reports
about the concert for possible charges of
insulting religious beliefs. |

But on Monday,
a German official said that while the
scene might be "hurtful" to
religious people, it's not a crime.
