Madonna To Be Prosecuted For Her Mock Crucifiction? |

Madonna could be set to court more controversy
of her current European tour with the news
that German Prosecutors are to monitor hers
shows in the country. |

Officials say they will scrutinize the shows
to see if Madonna’s mock crucifiction
could be construed as insulting religious
beliefs. |

However, the prosecutors have admitted that
they will not attend the shows but will
instead rely on media reports. |
|
|

Madge has already
faced a barrage of criticism for the controversial
portion of the live show from a number
of religious groups in several countries.

Before her show in Rome on August 6 a spokesman
for the Pope called for Madonna to be excommunicated
adding that the show was a “profanation
of the cross”. |

Madonna plays Dusseldorf on Sunday following
her shows in London and Cardiff this week. |
